Are you an excellent Early Years professional, passionate about securing the very best outcomes for young children?

We are excited to recruit an Early Adviser to join our vibrant, forward thinking Early Years team. This is an exceptional opportunity to provide high quality challenge, intervention and professional development to Early Years providers delivering the Early Years Foundation Stage, to improve the quality of provision and accessibility for all children.

In this role, you will enable providers to improve learning outcomes and further develop inclusion strategies within their setting. 

The successful applicant will have a sound understanding of quality Early Years practice and pro-vision, as well as an excellent understanding of all the legislative changes within the Early Years Foundation Stage framework. 

The post holder will provide advice, guidance, and support to empower Early Years practitioners to deliver good or better provision and identify children’s needs early. You will ensure children are fully included and able to realise their true capabilities and achieve their aspirations following a graduated approach, in line 
with the SEND code of practice. You will be expected to deliver training, complete visits to settings, conduct child observations and offer advice and guidance to providers regarding strategies, SEND processes and funding. 

This role provides the opportunity to work flexibly in line with the requirements of the service. So, this post will facilitate hybrid working. The position will require travel across the London Borough of Sutton and the use of a car is a requirement of this appointment.
